Recordia then inserts a link to each recording and corresponding metadata inside the customer´s profile in CRM. so you may have a complete overview on what is going on with your customers, what calls are being done from mobile or landlines, what SMS messages have been sent or received, what faxes or emails have been delivered to each customer, all this done automatically without the need to complete manually the task.

- When available, videoconferencing is supported by Recordia. We provide a copy of the video that user is viewing in the screen with audio syncronized. You may have linked the videoconference to your customer contact via CRM integration.
