Bulk actions

  • Select all or a portion of your contacts and run bulk actions such as “Assign”, “Assign To-Do”, “Call”, “Email”, “Add tags”, and “Delete”. These bulk actions can be a huge time-saver when organizing your address book.

Last activity

  • This small but important feature helps you sort by “Last Activity” and fetch more recently active contacts. The information for Next Task is also available for each contact involved in a deal.
